Install Team Members - Evansville, IN
Responsibilities:
Install custom-fit windows and doors in residential settings with precision and efficiency
Ensure all installations meet Renewal by Andersen Signature Service standards and customer expectations
Conduct pre-installation inspections and measurements
Perform finish carpentry, including interior and exterior trim work
Use metal break tools to fabricate custom cladding and trim
Maintain a clean, organized job site and uphold safety standards
Communicate effectively with homeowners and installation team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges
Qualifications:
Previous carpentry, home improvement, or window and door installation experience is preferred
Proficiency in trim work, metal break usage, and general construction techniques preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to travel within a 2 hour radius and lift and carry heavy materials, work on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
